Refund policy

At Fairlane Avenue we want you to love your new bag!  Our bags are made by Barb, one at a time in our studio. If you purchased a custom bag, please request a refund within 48 hours of placing the order. If you purchased a Ready to Ship bag and would like to return it, please email us at barb@fairlaneavenue.com to request a return. The bag must be returned unused and in the condition it was received with all tags in place, within 10 days of the delivery date. A refund will  be given after Fairlane Avenue receives the bag back. If you purchased a bag as a gift and would like to return it please email us at barb@fairlaneavenue.com to request a return. There is a 10% restocking fee on ALL returned bags. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping unless Fairlane Avenue agrees to other terms.
